His Excellency Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, Transitional President of the Gabonese Republic, and Her Excellency Zita Oligui Nguema who are here on an official visit was hosted by chief coordinator operations wealth creation and a senior presidential advisor on military operations, Gen Saleh on the 3rd August .

Discussions focused on best practices in agricultural development, poverty eradication, trade & industrial growth. They showcased the transformative impact OWC initiatives have had on the livelihoods of Ugandans, driving sustainable socio-economic transformation
Gen Saleh interest has always been on wealth creation, socio economic transformation with effective implementation of government projects and Programs within the country at-large and beyond.

General Saleh also handed over good numbers of reading materials and books on agricultural development and farm mechanization .
