The Manager of the office of the National Chairman, SPA/PA Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo has called upon the people of Nakaseke to rally behind President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and other leaders in the National Resistance Movement (NRM) in the upcoming 2026 general elections.
Hajjat Namyalo made the call on Friday 14 March 2025, during a giveaway ceremony hosted by the family of Mr. and Mrs. Nyabudozi Edward at their home in Kashambya Ngoma, in Nakaseke District.
The ceremony, which was organized to give away their beloved daughter, Kakiiro Jesca, drew a large gathering of local leaders, family members, friends and community residents.
Hajjat Namyalo, who was the guest of honor, used the occasion to highlight the successes of the NRM government and emphasized the need for continued support for President Museveni’s leadership.
“We have seen progress in areas such as infrastructure, healthcare, and education under the NRM government, but to build on these achievements, it is crucial that the people of Nakaseke rally behind President Museveni and other NRM leaders in the 2026 elections.” she said.
Her remarks were met with applause from attendees, who acknowledged the visible developments brought by the NRM government in Nakaseke district.
Namyalo stressed that the stability and growth the district has enjoyed are results of the NRM’s commitment to development across the country and further encouraged residents to remain politically vigilant and ensure they choose leaders who will advance the NRM’s agenda for peace, prosperity, and national unity.
Other local leaders present at the event also re-echoed her call and commended her office for championing the ”Jajja Tova Ku Main campaign” which advocates for the continuation of President Museveni’s leadership as well as youths and women empowerment.
Meanwhile, Hajjat Namyalo congratulated the couple, Kakiiro Jesca and her partner, on the beautiful journey noting that strong marriages are built on love, understanding, patience, unity and mutual respect.
She commended their families, especially Mr. Nyabudozi, a dedicated NRM supporter who consistently makes significant contributions to the Office of the National Chairman’s activities.
She also encouraged the couple to always seek God’s guidance in their marriage and to prioritize communication and partnership as they grow together.
