Desperate Dr Ruth Acheng plots to run to the speaker To blackmail Opponent Hon Betty Among
Fear, panic and grief has continued to haunt Dr. Jane Aceng making her run up and down without making headways in the contest for retaining her seat as Lira city WMP. She has tried fronting several allegations against Hon. Amongi, including Land grabbing, corruption, personal attacks, intrigue that she would be dropped from Cabinet etc! Of recent, she tried to feed the President with wrong information about the gazettement of the incoming Won nyaci but was flatly embarrassed in state house before H.E.
Having failed, she has now paid agents to fabricate a petition purportedly that over 600 people were conned to pay money totalling upto 700m to travel abroad for work but were not taken by Betty Amongi. This same fabricated story was reported by her team a year ago in police and the case was closed due to no evidence. It was at that point when she worked hard to make the DPC then, to be transferred for closing the files. For the past two months, they have been using two fraudsters; Okullo Steven ( 0786 984799) and Akello Frida (0773 326069) to try and get signatures but failed. As of this evening, they had gathered only eight signatures cordinated by the two fraudsters; Okullo Steven who stole money from one of the hotel he was working in, and was reported to police, the case is pending, and Akello Frida stole clothes from her friends and 5million from her boss shop.
These fraudsters are telling those being convinced to sign that their activity is being coordinated by Lira City RCC Mr Egole Emmy Lawrence and his newly appointed assistant Bonny Ferdinand Okello Alele and backed by Dr. Jane Aceng who has already sought appointment with the Speaker.
The plot is being carefully kept a secret, coordinated in the house pictured above with meetings allegedly being held in Egole’s office, Apostolic and city council health department board room
The petition that our source set eyes on, is to be copied to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Foreign Affairs, Minister of State for Labour, and Office of the President. The petition according to audio recordings we have obtained is to be delivered to the Speaker of Parliament under arrangement coordinated by Lira City Woman Legislator and also the Minister of Health Dr. Jane Aceng, through a one Onyong Yubu- an employee at Uganda’s Parliament.
Our network has also established that Okullu Steven and Akello Frida are collecting 20k from each person on pretext that they will use it for transport to deliver the petition tomorrow in Parliament. This is to divert people not to suspect that Dr. Jane and her team are involved.
Meanwhile arrangements in Kampala is for the petitioners to address the Press (NTV, UBC and radio stations in Lango) and also share the same on all social media platforms in Lango, immediately the petition is delivered and stamped tomorrow. The petitioners have even recieved a special letter from Parliament to allow them access Parliament tomorrow as special guests, since no non staff or MPs are being allowed in Parliament due to the ongoing riots against the Speaker. This move to the plotters are planned to take Hon Betty Amongi Akena and her supporters by surprise.
We would like to notify all those plotters that we are in possession of recordings from the meetings and phone conversations with some of those we planted to pose as victims/petitioners. We have enough evidence to take them on. We are therefore waiting for their move!
