Following the previous incidences on j4:14 foundation were J.D Smith used Ugandan police to arrest workers who were demanding for their pay before any merger with The Ugandan water project which is found in Wakiso district we have learnt that this donor who turned businessman in Uganda together with his friend Mr James Harrington have forcefully done a merger in the US.
Mr Smith when contacted states that he has realized that all the people he has entrusted the organisation to after losing his former employees are just conmen who actually used to give him wrong information which led to the breakup.
Now after the merger details have emerged that all those people over 20,000 people who have been beneficiaries of the j4:14 foundation water project are going to be paying 4500 from the 1000 they have been paying.
It’s believed that the main reason for a misunderstanding between the now former workers of J4:14 and the donor was disagreement of charging this too much money per month yet they always rehabilitate government boreholes , this means that these boreholes belongs to the government but not the foundation. Since the foundation has been operating in rural areas of eastern Uganda where it’s believed that people are vulnerable to raise this too much money though they need clean water.
After further investigations we have found out that their many whites who are operating in Uganda in disguise of supporting Ugandans in form of charity but instead are doing business for example if j4:14 foundation charges 4500 like what Ugandan water project charges that means it will be getting 90m per month from the 20m it has been collecting and this money is not taxed since it’s hidden in charitable work.
Looking at this one it has shown us that the government of Uganda should wake up and protect its citizens. The master planner of all the games whites are playing in Uganda and particularly eastern Uganda is headed by a one Robbie who has stayed in Uganda for over 10 years. Under his organisation there are over 10 organisations illegally operating but Hiding under his, he is the one who strategizes for all of them to come to Uganda and how to dodge the legal process and also how to make money through pretending to be doing charitable work.
Many workers have been mistreated that at times they are not paid for their services, are less paid and incase of any cry the whites bribes some corrupt security officers to side with them. Infact they are not even paid their benefits for example the workers of J4:14 are demanding over 1bn for their NSSF for all the time they have been working for the foundation.
These donors in USA they are cleared and don’t pay taxes and revenues since they pretend to be charitable organization but in Uganda they don’t pay taxes through forgery and connivance. It’s high time we call upon president Museveni to intervene into this matter.
The merging of J4:14 foundation with the Ugandan water project was wrongly done since workers have contracts running upto 2026 and the police officer (OC CID MBALE CITY) handed the office to the mzungu without court resolution, so police decided to be the judge because the mzungu reported a forgery case, Ugandans reported forceful and unlawful termination of the contract but the officer judged the case in favor of the mzungu and as we speak these workers are on street and the organisation has been sold to Ugandan water project.
