The head @Onc_media in parts of her address to the public during the introduction ceremony at the @NRMOnline cadre’s home Hon. Kikulukunyo in Butambala District, in response to Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi’s praise to the @NUP_Ug whose headquarters had been condoned off by security agencies for search, —highlighted @NUP_Ug as a minor concern. “NUP is just a challenge BUT is not a problem,” said Hajjat Namyalo.
@NUP_Ug supporters appeared in a disturbing video clip with a likelihood of a militia formation at their headquarters in #Kavule in a gesture to celebrate Mr Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine’s birthday as their leader.
The clips were followed by individual recordings threatening to harm @NRMOnline members by NUP supporters. Security is suspected to have picked interest in the several national security-threatening clips engineered by supporters of NUP resulting in the search at the NUP leadership school in Kamwokya & head offices in Kavule-Makerere.
Hajjat Namyalo further assured the supporters of NUP that there is a thriving democracy of an election where Ugandans vote for their preferred leaders. Using the analogy of a married woman failing to conceive despite the marriage, the head ONC informed the gathering that NUP failed to convince Ugandans & hence the loss of the 2021 elections though the fact remains that they are Ugandans and loved by the NRM.
